With over eight years of hands-on experience in face-to-face fundraising, I have dedicated my career to building meaningful connections between organizations and their supporters. My journey began at Oxfam, where I started as a fundraiser, driven by a desire to make a difference. Over time, my passion for engaging with people and delivering results led me to progress into leadership roles, first as a team leader and eventually as a city manager.
During my time at Oxfam, I personally recruited over 600 donors, an achievement that reflects my dedication to results and relationship-building. As a team leader, I honed my skills in mentoring and motivating others, which prepared me to train more than 50 employees over the years. Through structured coaching and leadership, I empowered them to secure countless donors of their own, multiplying our collective impact.
For three years, I successfully managed Oxfam’s face-to-face department in Malmö, overseeing operations, optimizing campaign strategies, and ensuring consistent growth. Under my leadership, the department flourished, achieving ambitious targets and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Now, I am bringing this wealth of experience, expertise, and passion to a new venture: my very own face-to-face agency. This step represents the culmination of everything I’ve learned—about people, leadership, and creating impactful campaigns. My mission is to help organizations not only meet their fundraising goals but also build lasting relationships with their supporters through innovative, people-centered strategies.
